Here at Pukekohe Gym Club we have a variety of classes that your son or daughter can join, and joining is easy. All you have to do is go to our Forms Page, download the appropriate form and come to one of our lessons.

Kindy Gym
Kindy gym is a specific gymnastics programme designed for the little ones to help with their confidence and also helps to eliminate the fear of heights in a safe controlled environment.
We also focus on developing all the fundamental skills, such as locomotive skills, rotations and twists, and swinging of different height bars.
Also in this programme the young gymnasts learn about body control, spacial and body awareness and eye to hand co-ordination.

Recreational Gymnastics
In this programme the kids begin to learn the fundamental skills of gymnastics.
Our qualified coaches will make the classes fun but challenging at the same time and we aim for each child to learn something new by the end of each class.
Also taking part in the Rec. classes the gymnasts will learn routines on all apparatus and they have the opportunity to enter competitions in the Greater Auckland Area.

Competitive Gymnastics
Pukekohe Gymnastics Club has a very successful Competitive Gymnastics Programme. Our club have produced a number of Regional and National representatives that have competed over seas or at the New Zealand National Championships, and some of our gymnasts stood on the podium as National or International Champions.
To take part of these classes your son or daughter firstly will have to take part in the Recreational Gymnastics Programme and from there they will have the opportunity be invited into the Competitive Gymnastics Programme by our Head Coaches.

Pukekohe Gymnastics
Our gymnastics season for the Recreational Gym classes will end on the 18th of December, as for our competitive gymnasts, you guys will go on Holiday on the 24th December.
The competitive Block on will start on the 11th of January 2010, and ALL gymnasts are expected to be back at training. If you haven't received your holiday training times please see your coach about it.
The Rec classes will commence in the first week of Term 1 2010, and if you would like to join our Club please don't hesitate to download one of the Registration Forms.
